Auteur John Waters once again uses his hometown of Baltimore to set the stage for another hilarious and wild tale. After suffering a head injury, a sexually repressed woman starts to display nymphomaniac-like behavior. But it turns out that she's not the only person in Baltimore with strange sexual proclivities; her new obsession ends up taking her to the dark side of the city, revealing the salacious secrets that her neighbors keep behind closed doors.
