Watch A Peck on the Cheek

The movie opens in Mankulam, a small village in Sri Lanka. Shyma and Dileepan are married and a part of the Tamil Tigers rebel association. During a peaceful moment, the married couple can hear the army troops of Sri Lanka approaching. Shortly after, Shyama learns that she is pregnant. Many of the villagers flee India to escape the war. Shyama does not want to leave because she has heard that Dileepan was shot, but one of her relatives tells her she needs to leave to save her unborn child's life.
