Subash (Vishal) is a military officer who is also the son of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister (Pala Karuppaiah). Subash's elder brother (Ramki) is the Deputy Chief Minister of the state and he is also named as the successor by his dad. The leader of the National party dies in a bomb blast and the blame falls on Subash's elder brother. Subash's fiance Meera (Aishwarya Lekshmi) also dies in the attack. Now Subash goes on a mission with the undercover agent Diya (Tamannaah) to find out the criminal mastermind behind the bomb blast. Whether he is successful in his mission or not is the movie climax.
