American Mustang

"The story of a girl, a cowboy, and a wild horse"

Director Monty Mirand has proved himself the genius of documentaries yet again with the release of the movie, American Mustang that has hit the screens with its artful and exquisite 3D experience as seen in the eyes of a girl. The movie does not only dive in a documentary genre but also has the twist and tales of a good family drama.

The movie that premiered at the Denver film festival on November 7th showcases the best in cast appearance. The likes of Alison Eastwood, who plays as the adult Julia and Daryl Hanna as the advocate, are captured through the movie.

Shot in over eight location for over two years, the movie tells the story of the American wild horse, the Mustang and whether it should be left to roam free on the Wild West lands as it was thousands of years back. The movie expresses heartfelt emotions as the Mustangs are subjected to cruelty while in captivity. The tale is narrated through a girl's view on the freedom of the horses, and the challenge is posed to the established government on the management of this magnificent beast.
