Arsne Lupin is a criminal who has spent the better part of his life working as a petty thief. His pleasure that came from robbing the rich has transitioned him into an internationally renowned thief. He mainly focuses his robberies within his own city of Paris, taking advantage of the helpless Parisians that walk the streets at night and event at mid-day. The police have been fed up with his crimes for quite some time and due to his elusiveness they've been unsuccessful in catching him. However, they have just come up with a new plan that they are sure will help capture Arsne.
