Watch Big numbers - School Movie on Mathematics
- 2016
- 7 hr
This film is all about large numbers. The focus is on grouping using commas for thousands and the terms million, billion, trillion etc. just as much as it is on the practical use of these simplifications. Simple examples such as a long journey are used to show why and to what extent it makes sense to make large numbers easier to understand and compare.
