"Cerevantes" is also known as "Young Rebel." It is a very romanticized biopic about Miguel de Cervantes (1547 - 1616), the author of "Don Quixote." In it, the young Cervantes wins a post of private secretary to Acquaviva, a monsignor who is a papal envoy to the Spanish King. He also has a number of adventures. At one point, he and his brother are kidnapped by pirates who plan to sell them as slaves.
