Chain of Command is a thrilling action movie released in 2015, directed by Kevin Carraway and starring Michael Jai White, Max Ryan, and Steve Austin. The movie takes its audience through a complex and riveting plot that keeps them on the edge of their seats from the beginning of the movie to the end. The story commences with the kidnapping of the US President's daughter by an unknown group of terrorists led by a ruthless man named Rome (played by Max Ryan). In response to the dire situation, the President enlists the services of a former marine, James Webster (Michael Jai White), who is currently running a private security firm. James Webster is tasked with the duty of rescuing the President's daughter and bringing her back safely to the White House. Webster's mission is a matter of national importance and he's given all the resources he needs to accomplish it.

The president's daughter is being held hostage in a secret location by the militants who also have a sinister motive for their actions. They plan to use her as a bargaining chip to secure the release of their comrades who are being held captive in Guantanamo Bay. It's up to Webster to locate the kidnappers, rescue the president's daughter, and neutralize their threats before they can do any harm.

The plot takes a more complex turn as Webster discovers that there is more to this case than a simple kidnapping. He uncovers a conspiracy that goes all the way to the top levels of government, involving a corrupt official and a secret plot to overthrow the president. Webster has to navigate through a maze of lies, deceit, and treachery to uncover the truth and bring the conspirators to justice.

The movie features some impressive martial arts choreography by Michael Jai White, who is renowned for his action-packed roles in movies such as Undisputed, Black Dynamite, and Blood and Bone. The fight scenes are well-executed with fast-paced movements and explosive action that keeps the audience engaged throughout the movie. The fight between Michael Jai White and Steve Austin is particularly thrilling and a highlight of the movie.

The lead actors all deliver great performances. Michael Jai White, as James Webster, portrays a determined and driven character who is not afraid to take risks to accomplish his mission. Max Ryan, as the ruthless leader of the terrorists, gives a convincing portrayal of a man driven by his ideology and willing to go to any length to achieve his goals. Steve Austin, as the corrupt official, delivers a subtle and nuanced performance that shows the complexity of his character.

The movie's pacing is well done, with just the right balance between action and plot development. Although it is an action-packed movie, it doesn't rely solely on action to carry the plot forward. The story is well-developed and engaging, with twists and turns that keep the audience guessing until the end.

Overall, Chain of Command is an entertaining and exciting action movie that delivers on both the action scenes and plot development. The performances from the lead actors are impressive, and the script is well-written with a plot that is both complex and engaging. The fight scenes and martial arts choreography are well-executed and thrilling, making for an action-packed movie that is definitely worth watching for fans of the genre.
