Watch Fall Down Dead

In "Fall Down Dead," a serial killer referred to as 'The Picasso Killer' goes after seven employees during a black out inside an office building. A bartender leaves a hard day at work. On her walk home, she spots someone lying in a pool of blood. When she goes to inspect, "The Picasso Killer" spots and comes after her. The bartender runs to a local building to reluctantly seek help from a night watchman. While on the phone with detectives explaining she recognizes the serial killer, the black out begins before the police department can be notified. The building is locked down for their safety. Later they find "The Picasso Killer" has breached the building and only seeks blood.
