Starring Chuck Norris, Forest Warrior is a tale part myth and part reality about a spiritual creature named John McKenna who is a man most of the time, but is also able to transform into a bear, a wolf, or an eagle by his will. This Forest Warrior has lived his whole live since his creation in the Tanglewood Forest, which he has devoted his life to protecting. But Tanglewood forest faces a threat greater than the Forest Warrior can handle, when a gang of money hungry lumberjacks tramps in behind their leader Travis Thorne, played by Terry Kiser. Travis Thorne and the lumberjacks plan to cut down the whole forest. They want to clear the land for housing development and harvest the trees to sell the wood for money. The Forest Warrior is devastated, but he does not give up. Instead, he scours the entire Tanglewood forest in search of people who love the forest as much as he does, hoping that they will be willing to help him protect it. During his search, he comes across a group of children who use the forest as their playground. These children soon become friends of the Forest Warrior, and together the children and the Forest Warrior become the Lords of Tanglewood. Now strong enough in numbers, the Lords of Tanglewood train and plan their battle against Travis Thorne and the greedy lumberjacks who want to tear down their beloved forest. Forest Warrior was released straight to video cassette in 1996. The film stars Chuck Norris as John McKenna, Terry Kiser as Travis Thorne, and Max Gail as Sherrif Ramsey.
