The owner of a Hong Kong casino balks at allowing mobsters to take over his establishment. Josh Randall, the head of security at the casino, knows trouble is in the air. The mobsters end up killing the entire family that owns the casino except for one person, the owner's daughter. Josh goes on the run with her and gets into a number of martial arts battles. Josh tries to find out who is the person who ordered the hit on the family so he can extract his revenge.
