Watch Guest in the House

Martha Proctor's nephew, Dr. Dan Proctor, and his fiancee, Evelyn come for a visit. Evelyn is a very nervous and extremely phobic woman. When the little girl, Lee, brings her bird into the guestroom, Evelyn gets into a fearful rage. Evelyn appears to be insecure and her innermost feelings are expressed in her diary. She seems to be more interested in Douglas, Dan's brother, than her own fiance. Douglas is married to Ann. When Dan is away, Evelyn tells Lee that Douglas is cheating on Ann with another woman. The other woman is his model, Miriam, whom he is drawing.
