Imaginary Friend is an American thriller film that centers around a married couple, Emma and Brad. Emma is an extraordinary artist and Brad is a psychiatrist. The couple get along brilliantly and could not ask for a happier relationship. Until Emma brings back her childhood friend Brittany. Brittany is her imaginary friend who helped her through tough times as a child. Brad attempts to help Emma and urges her to take medication to rid herself of Brittany. Emma is reluctant to take the medication, she needs Brittany for emotional support and does not want to lose the visions of her.
