Watch In the Field with Archer: Cast & Creators Live at the Paley Center

FX's "Archer" is the most profanely funny and compulsively quotable show currently on the tube. Boasting a peerless ensemble of voice actors, the show is, at heart, a richly layered, quirky character study, rife with callbacks and sparky interactions, and laden with the kind of subtle detail that rewards repeat viewings. This Paley Center for Media live event celebrates "Archer," the animated comedy series about the misadventures of sex-obsessed secret agent Sterling Archer and his eccentric co-workers in the fictional International Secret Intelligence Service (ISIS).

David Cross (actor/comedian) moderates the following panelists: series creator/executive producer/voice actor Adam Reed (Ray Gillette); and voice actors Chris Parnell (Cyril Figgis), Amber Nash (Pam Poovey), and H. Jon Benjamin (Sterling Archer).

The panelists touch on such topics as: the recording process for the voice actors; Reed's inspirations when creating the show; and the amount of input that voice actors have with their characters.

Questions from the audience then lead to a discussion of the following topics among others: if any subjects are "off-limits" for the scripts; the storyboarding process for each episode; and the show's use of music.
