This is an animated adventure movie for the entire family. It is about a zebra who is only half-striped. When he was born there was a drought. The herd was superstitious and decided Khumba was the reason the rains did not come that year. They made him an outcast and forced him to leave the herd. There was much danger for this half-striped zebra on his own in the wild. He had to find friends to help him survive.

This is a story of superstition and the way a group reacts when life gets hard for them. Khumba is blamed because he is different from the rest of his herd.
