Watch Man-Thing

"Man-Thing" (2005) is an American superhero horror film loosely based on the comic book of the same name. The title creature is a plant-monster guarding a swamp sacred to Native Americans. It also turns out to have been a murdered shaman whose body was buried in the swamp and thus embued with its magical properties. An oil tycoon wants to drill for oil on the sacred swamp, and he and his employees draw the monster's wrath.
