Oblivion, also known as Alien Desperadoes, is an American Western Science Fiction film that falls into the genres of both adventure and sci-Fi. This particular film has an approximate running time of about one hour and thirty four minutes long, and it has been rated as PG-13. Oblivion has been directed by Sam Irvin, and it was written by Charles Band, John Rheaume, Greg Suddeth, Mark Goldstein, and Peter David. Skaggs, Irwin Keyes, Mike Genovese, Frank Roman, Jeff Moldovan, and Joe Muzio. This film takes place in the year 3031 in a frontier planet that is light years away from planet Earth. Mainly focused around a small town called Oblivion. A villain by the name of Red Eye, along with his gang of Cronies, are futuristic desperadoes who are determined to take over the town of Oblivion and make it their own. Red Eye ends up in a showdown with Oblivion's town Marshal, named Stone, and his cyborg deputy. However, Red Eye takes the planet's prize substance, which also shorts out electrical devices, and uses it to disable the Marshal's cyborg deputy. Once the cyborg is disabled, Red Eye kills Marshal Stone, and he begins to work on convincing the townspeople into letting him take over the town. Red Eye and his Cronies, bully the townspeople until many of them end up taking his side. Meanwhile, the town mortician, Gaunt, who has the incredible ablitlity to see death in the future, sets out to find the Marshal's son, Zack. Eventually, Zack returns back to town and is set out to rid the town of the Desperadoes.
