The story starts with Laxminarayan One who is a poor man who lives with his mother Kanta in Mumbai. His mother is widowed and she wants her son to become the best gangster in the area. She wants him to make a lot of money doing it and eventually marry Chota Khujli's daughter. Laxminarayan One's first job is to eliminate a Pondi gangster who recently stole a diamond.

He accepts the job at hand and recruits two more guys to help him take down the diamond thief. The team gets separated during the hunt when their names become a problem.

One Two Three is a 2008 comedy. It has received moderate reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 5.4.
