Zara's life is at a crossroads. Aged just 16 and apparently suffering from Lipodystrophy, incredibly this Yorkshire teenager's face looks like that of an old woman, and her voice sounds middle aged. To cap it all, her teeth are already falling out. She hates the way she looks and has dropped out of school, preferring to lock herself away at home rather than face the taunts of her peers.
