As the group settles in for the night, they become aware that there are outlaws in the area who are after the prisoners. The outlaws are led by a ruthless man named Zimmerman, played by Jack Elam, who is determined to capture the prisoners and kill anyone who stands in his way.

The tension reaches a boiling point when the outlaws arrive at the station and launch an attack. From that moment on, the group is forced to work together to fight off the outlaws and survive.
