Shelter from the Storm is an American short dramatic film. The film takes place in the early 1990s when the internet was not what it is today and music was not as easy to find. Jerry has shown back up on his friend Liz's doorstep recently. Previously Jerry had disappeared with Liz's hard-earned and prized collection of 259 Bob Dylan bootlegs. Jerry is back and Liz is conflicted if she is going to let him back into her house and her life.
