This movie tells the story of a harsh government that has been enslaving the people of a neighboring country. Set in the 1930s, the film follows the story of Kung Bun, a Chinese martial artist who has been called upon by his country's officials to go and investigate the crimes being committed by the Japanese government, in a Chinese mining town. The Japanese had enslaved a large number of people from the community and have reportedly been abusing the people to the point of death. Kung Bun gives himself the task of remedying the situation the only way he knows how, and that is by violent force.
