This motion picture tells the comedic tale of two individuals who have come together for the common purpose of bringing down some criminals who have been up to no good. Harry is a very flamboyant and charismatic conman. Female detective, Rachel, has asked for Harry's hand in trying to solve a crime involving a very powerful man. A prominent mob boss has been using the help of a corrupt television lottery show host for his selfish benefit. The two individuals decide that they must confront this television host and figure out his methods of rigging the lottery for the benefit of the mob.
