Watch The Substitute 3: Winner Takes All

The Substitute 3: Winner Takes All is movie released in 1999, the second sequel in the franchise, about a mercenary named Karl Thomasson played by Treat Williams. While visiting an old war friend's professor daughter, he finds her brutally beaten. He then poses as a teacher at the local college, as he has a teaching degree he obtained to facilitate the actions of the last two films. He finds that the coach of the local college football team, Bill Braden, played by Scott Wilkinson is juicing his players with steroids to win games while profiting a local crime syndicate.

Karl recruits his old team and vows to take down the coach involved in a ring of steroid using jocks. Treat Williams brings back the old calm and collected mercenary that turns violent in his attempt to protect the local kids and the surrounding community from being corrupted by outlandish enemies once again.
