The movie revolves around a young couple named Noah and Autumn, played by Marc Menchaca and Tobias Segal, respectively, who moves to Texas to take care of Noah's aging grandmother. Noah is a struggling writer, while Autumn is an aspiring actress; however, their dreams seemed to be put to a halt when they have to take on the responsibility of looking after his grandmother, played by veteran actress and Emmy nominee Barry Corbin.

Noah's grandmother suffers from Alzheimer's disease, and as the story progresses, her condition worsens, and the couple begins to question their decision to move to Texas.

Christine Bruno plays the role of Mrs. Krantz, a resident of the same nursing home where Noah's grandmother resides. While Carolyn Gilroy portrays the character of Peggy, a nurse at the facility.

At the heart of the movie is the story of a young couple who are struggling to make ends meet, deal with their personal problems, and at the same time, come face to face with the harsh realities of life. As they take care of Noah's grandmother, they start to realize the importance of family and the value of life that is not always apparent when we are so focused on our goals and desires.

The film deals with several themes, including aging, family relationships, and the challenges that come with taking care of someone with Alzheimer's disease. It also addresses the idea of redemption and second chances. The characters in the movie are flawed, but they learn to accept their faults and work towards making amends for their past mistakes.

The performances in the film are noteworthy. Barry Corbin's portrayal of a woman with Alzheimer's disease is heart-wrenching and authentic. In contrast, Marc Menchaca and Tobias Segal deliver equally compelling performances as a struggling couple trying to make a life for themselves in Texas. The chemistry between them is palpable, and their portrayal of love and devotion is touching.

Christine Bruno shines in her role as Mrs. Krantz. Her character provides a humorous and lighthearted touch to the film, and her scenes with Noah and Autumn are entertaining and heartwarming.

The film's screenplay is well-written and reflective, and the direction is top-notch. The cinematography is beautiful, with stunning shots of the Texas landscape that serve as a perfect backdrop to the film's story.
