Throttle is a suspense thriller movie. The move is about how a financial analyst named Tom gets stuck in a parking garage deep underground after finishing a typical day at work. When Tom tries to leave the garage he finds that not only will his car not start but all the elevators and stairs are locked as well. As Tom searches for a way out of the garage he finds that he is not alone.
