Watch White Bird in a Blizzard

The 2014 movie White Bird in a Blizzard is a dramatic mystery film about a seventeen year old girl who begins to find herself extremely confused and out of touch with her sexual feelings. One day, the girl decides to go speak with her mother about some of the feelings she has been having, but her mother is nowhere to be found. The seventeen year old girl is forced to continue living her life of sexual confusion without having the help and support of her mother. The seventeen year old girl, Kat, does not miss her mother at all, and she does not think the disappearance of her mother was in any way forced by the actions of her father. As the movie continues, Kate grows older and eventually is sent off to college by her father. It is upon Kat's first visit home from college when she realizes the impact her mother leaving has had on her growing up.
