The Argentine road film "Wild Horses", originally released under its Spanish title "Caballos Salvajes", tells the tale of a bank robber and his partner in crime, a manager at a large corporation, who make off with a large amount of laundered mob money found in a drawer. To make a clean getaway, the manager instructs the robber to take him hostage, fooling police and onlookers.

As the pair take off across the country, dodging the media, law enforcement and the mob, they become modern-day Robin Hoods as they are aided in hiding by the public. When the unlikely partners add a third member to their team, a young woman, things could fall apart.
