Declan O’Brien wrote and directed Wrong Turn 5: Bloodlines which features the mutant, hillbilly family from West Virginia. The hillbillies include: Maynard the families patriarch played by Doug Bradley, Three Finger played by Borislav Iliev, Saw Tooth played by George Karlukovski and One Eye played by Radoslav Parvanov. In this sequel five friends Billy (Simon Ginty), Cruz (Amy Lennox), Lita (Roxanne McKee), Gus (Paul Luebke) and Julian (Oliver Hoare) are on the way to a remote West Virginia town on Halloween for the Mountain Man Festival. This costume required festival celebrates the legend of the cannibalistic hillbillies with a full night of music, drinking, mayhem and mischief. Unbeknownst to them, the deadly hillbilly family has escaped from the Glensville Sanatorium and they are also headed to the festival that honors them every year. Before the five party-goers can even make it to their destination, they are run off of the road by none other than the head of the family, Maynard. Before the hillbillies can take control of their victims and haul them away they get interrupted. Luckily for the victims, Sheriff Angela played by Camilla Arfwedson and Deputy Biggs played by Kyle Redmond Jones arrive upon the scene of the accident. Not sure who to believe and what to think about the accident, she decides to arrest everybody that is there which includes the head of the cannibal clan, Maynard. With the whole town attending the Mountain Man Festival, the deputy and her sheriff take them all to jail. Instead of heading to the Mountain Man Festival One Eye, Saw Tooth and Three Finger decide to head to the jail to break out the head of the family. After knocking down all the power and cell phone towers to the town the stage is set. Their first agenda is to break the head of their family out and the next thing on their agenda is to kill the prey that they have isolated inside the jail. The only thing that stands between them and success is the sheriff, the deputy and the victims will to live.
