Ep 12. 11:00 P.M. - 12:00 A.M.

Tom Locke is at ISA headquarters, handing over the USB drive containing all of the information about the terrorist attack to Donovan on the command of Rebecca. Meanwhile, Rebecca pays a visit to Tony Almeida (Carlos Bernard), head of Field Operations, who is now in FBI custody, after being caught liaising with terrorist wife Isobel (Miranda Otto) last week. He’s not exactly pleased to see her, but agrees to help when she reveals he’s being held at an undisclosed location and will likely face the punishment of being declared an enemy combatant. When Rebecca tells him they need him to confirm information picked up from Asim Naseri’s son, Bin-Khalid, about the location of the terrorist cell, and Tony comes on board.

Meanwhile, as the day ticks ever closer to the terrorist attack, Eric Carter (Corey Hawkins) leads the charge as the CTU team finally go in on the Bin-Khalid compound to save Rebecca and secure the database which Donovan says may be the only way to prevent the attack. But Gabriel (Makram Khoury) manages to slip through their fingertips once again after an anonymous tip drives him to move location. Things aren't looking good, and risks are being taken to uncover information. but there's more to come.

Locke says goodbye to Donovan, knowing he’s on the right side of the battle, but unable to escape the knowledge that he’s just spent the last few weeks among the very terrorist cells trying to attack the US. As he leaves, he turns round to see Donovan watching him stoically, and reaches for his gun, leading to a violent showdown. The question on his mind as he faces his final test: 'Can he put the past behind for a greater good?'

As the climax of season 1 approaches, there's a sense that things are slipping away from the noble handful of good guys. The finale is shaping up to be an exciting and fast-paced few episodes, with the fate of America on the line, and not a happy ending guaranteed. It's an action-packed countdown to a dramatic finale, and 24: Legacy is not losing any of its thrills.
