Ep 4. Worst Day Ever

She has to fight to get her son the care he needs.

The episode also focuses on Bobby (Peter Krause) and his struggles with addiction. He's still dealing with the aftermath of his overdose and trying hard to stay sober. However, he's tempted when he meets an old friend from his drinking days. The friend offers Bobby a beer and a chance to reminisce about the old days, but Bobby must decide whether to hold strong to his sobriety or give in to temptation.

Overall, "Worst Day Ever" is a great episode of 9-1-1 that showcases the show's strengths. The multiple storylines are all compelling and well developed, with great performances from the entire cast. The emergency call of the trapped woman is a fantastic set piece that keeps the audience on the edge of its seat.
