Ep 1. Episode One

Alex Rider is a British television series based on the novel series of the same name by Anthony Horowitz. Episode One is the first episode of Season 1.

The episode begins with a scene of an MI6 agent being chased through a forest by unknown assailants. The agent tries to make a call to MI6 for backup, but is eventually caught and killed.

We are then introduced to the main character, Alex Rider, a teenage boy living in London with his uncle, Ian. Alex is shown to be a bit of a troublemaker, often getting in trouble at school and with the police. He is also a talented athlete and cyclist.

One day, Alex comes home from school to find that his uncle has gone missing. He goes to the police station to report the disappearance, where he meets with a friend of his uncle's, Jack. Jack is revealed to be an MI6 agent, tasked with protecting Alex. She takes him to MI6 headquarters to meet with her boss, Alan Blunt.

Blunt explains to Alex that his uncle was not a banker as he had always believed, but in fact an MI6 agent as well. He tells Alex that his uncle was involved in a mission, and that he may have gotten in over his head. Blunt then asks Alex to go undercover and investigate his uncle's disappearance.

Initially reluctant, Alex agrees to help after discovering that his uncle was killed in action. He is sent to Point Blanc, a boarding school in the French Alps, where many prominent politicians and businessmen send their children. MI6 suspects that the head of the school, Dr. Grief, is plotting something sinister.

At Point Blanc, Alex meets his new classmates and quickly learns that something is amiss. The students are kept on a strict schedule with no free time, and they are not allowed to use their phones or computers. Alex discovers that the school is heavily guarded, with security cameras and guards patrolling the grounds.

Alex also discovers that the school is conducting some sort of experiment involving the students. He overhears two men discussing "Project Stormbreaker," but is unable to learn any more details.

Throughout the episode, Alex tries to uncover the truth about Point Blanc while also trying to fit in with his new classmates. He makes friends with Tom, a student who is also suspicious of the school, and Kyra, a rebellious girl who is always getting in trouble.

As the episode comes to a close, Alex discovers a hidden room in the school, where he finds evidence that the students are being brainwashed. He is caught by Dr. Grief, who reveals that he plans to use the students as assassins to carry out a terrorist attack.

The episode ends with Alex in danger, as Dr. Grief and his men close in on him. It is clear that Alex has stumbled upon something much bigger than he originally thought, and he will need to use all of his skills to survive and uncover the truth about Point Blanc.

Overall, Episode One of Alex Rider sets the stage for an exciting and action-packed season. The show does a great job of introducing the characters and the plot, while also setting up a number of intriguing mysteries and plot threads. Fans of the book series or of spy thrillers in general should definitely tune in to see where the story goes next.
