Ep 4. The Ones Who Hid Their True Hearts Joined Hands That Day

In Anonymous Noise season 1 episode 4, titled "The Ones Who Hid Their True Hearts Joined Hands That Day," Nino struggles to come to terms with the fact that Momo is the composer of the songs she's been singing this whole time. Meanwhile, Yuzu and Haruyoshi join forces to create a band, hoping to reach Nino's heart through music.

The episode opens with Nino still reeling from the revelation that Momo is the one who wrote the songs that helped her survive her childhood trauma. She runs into Yuzu, who tries to comfort her but also takes the opportunity to confess his feelings. Nino, still focused on Momo, doesn't reciprocate his feelings.

Meanwhile, Haruyoshi approaches Yuzu with the idea of starting a band. Yuzu is hesitant at first, but quickly becomes excited as Haruyoshi reveals his impressive musical skills. They recruit a drummer and begin rehearsing, hoping to impress Nino with their music.

As Yuzu and Haruyoshi's band begins to take shape, Nino struggles to accept the fact that Momo has been deceiving her. She confronts him on a bridge over the river where they used to play together as children. Momo explains that he didn't want to hurt her by revealing that he wrote the songs, but Nino is still hurt and angry.

Yuzu and Haruyoshi's band performs at a local festival, hoping Nino will show up and appreciate their music. Nino, still feeling lost and confused, decides to go for a swim instead. As she's swimming, she remembers the promise she made with Momo to meet at the bridge whenever they were feeling down.

Nino arrives at the bridge to find Momo waiting for her. They talk about their tumultuous relationship, and Momo reveals that he's been avoiding music because it reminds him of their childhood trauma. Nino inspires him to start composing again, and they even work on a song together.

Meanwhile, Yuzu and Haruyoshi's band finishes their set, disappointed that Nino didn't show up. They overhear two girls in the audience talking about Nino, and realize that she's been singing all along. They rush to the bridge, where Nino and Momo are playing music together.

The episode ends with Yuzu, Haruyoshi, Nino, and Momo all playing music and singing together. Nino finally seems at peace, happy to have music back in her life and surrounded by friends who care about her.
