Ep 19. The Guru

In the 19th episode of Avatar: The Last Airbender, Extras - Book 2: Earth season 1, titled "The Guru," Aang undergoes a spiritual journey to master the final element, which is essential to defeating Fire Lord Ozai.

Aang is taken to meet with Guru Pathik, who tells him that in order to master the Avatar State and unlock the power of the final element, he must open the seven chakras in his body. In the end, Aang is able to overcome his attachment to Katara and complete the spiritual journey, unlocking the power of the final element in the process. Zuko also ultimately decides to continue to stay with the group, despite the challenges and doubts he faces.

"The Guru" is a moving and introspective episode that highlights the importance of emotional healing and spiritual growth in achieving one's goals. Aang's struggle to overcome his attachments and Zuko's internal conflict both showcase the complex and compelling character development that is a hallmark of the series.
