Ji-ho is determined to move forward with her plan to purchase the home of her dreams, despite her financial struggles. She meets with a real estate agent who tries to convince her to buy a smaller and cheaper home instead. Meanwhile, Se-hee begins to notice that his three-month lease agreement is coming to an end and he needs to find a new tenant for his spare bedroom.
At work, Ji-ho struggles to find her place and fit in with her coworkers who are all much older than her. She receives a difficult assignment from her boss and turns to her friend for advice.
Se-hee and Ji-ho's paths continue to cross, leading to some awkward encounters. They also begin to learn more about each other's lives and pasts.
As they navigate their own challenges, Se-hee and Ji-ho begin to develop a deeper understanding and empathy for each other. But will they be able to overcome their own personal obstacles and find a way to make their living arrangement work?
