Ep 2. Bad Cop/Bad Cop

She offers to take them to the person who stole it, but they quickly realize that she is actually leading them into a trap. They end up locked in a room with a group of intimidating men who want to know why they are asking questions about the car. Ben and Kate panic and try to come up with a plan to escape.

Meanwhile, Maddie is left in the care of Tommy, Kate's friend and landlord. He tries his best to entertain her, but ends up taking her to a bar with his friends. They make a mess of things, with Maddie getting drunk and Tommy getting into a fight. When Kate and Ben finally return with the car, they are shocked to find Maddie in such a state.

In the end, Kate comes clean about her unpaid parking tickets and ends up with a hefty fine. Ben and Kate realize that they are in over their heads when it comes to tough guy stuff, but they also have a newfound appreciation for each other and their own unique strengths and weaknesses.

Overall, Bad Cop/Bad Cop is a hilarious episode that showcases the dynamic between Ben and Kate. The two of them bicker and argue, but ultimately they have each other's backs.
