Jimmy is working hard to get his law license reinstated after he was suspended for a year. He is trying to convince the board of judges that he has changed and is no longer the same con artist lawyer he used to be. Meanwhile, Chuck is determined to get Jimmy disbarred permanently and is doing everything he can to sabotage his brother's efforts.
