In the 10th episode of Bondi Vet season 1, viewers follow Dr. Chris Brown as he tackles a range of unique and challenging cases at his clinic in Bondi Beach, Australia. Titled "Dizzy Devils," this episode features three different cases that test Dr. Chris' skills and knowledge.
The first case involves an energetic and playful pup named Rusty, who is experiencing some severe vertigo. Rusty's owner, Lisa, is understandably concerned and brings her furry friend in to see Dr. Chris. After a thorough examination, Dr. Chris determines that Rusty is suffering from vestibular disease, a condition that affects the balance and coordination centers in the brain. To treat the condition, Dr. Chris prescribes medication and gives Lisa some tips on how to help Rusty manage the vertigo at home.
The second case is equally challenging, as Dr. Chris must help a poorly python with a severe respiratory infection. The snake, named Charlie, is a cherished pet of a young girl named Harriet. Dr. Chris warns Harriet and her family that reptiles can be tricky to diagnose and treat, as they tend to hide their symptoms well. However, with his years of experience and knowledge, Dr. Chris is able to spot the signs of a respiratory infection and prescribes antibiotics to help Charlie recover.
The final case of the episode follows Dr. Chris as he pays a visit to a local wildlife sanctuary. Here, he meets a group of adorable orphaned marsupials known as sugar gliders. Dr. Chris must examine the gliders and determine whether they are healthy enough to be released back into the wild. However, his job is made difficult by the fact that sugar gliders are nocturnal animals, and don't particularly enjoy being woken up during the day. Despite this, Dr. Chris manages to give the gliders a thorough examination and decides that they are indeed ready to be released back into the wild.
Throughout the episode, viewers are treated to an inside look at Dr. Chris' busy clinic, as well as the stunning natural beauty of Bondi Beach. As always, Dr. Chris approaches his work with compassion, care and professionalism, making Bondi Vet season 1 episode 10 a must-watch for animal lovers of all ages.
