Despite the removal of part of her jaw, Kelly still has a severe underbite that has left her feeling embarrassed and ashamed of her appearance. She is hoping the Botched team can help her achieve the smile she has always dreamed of having.

Finally, the episode features Jennifer, who initially appeared on season 1, episode 1 of Botched by Nature. Jennifer was born with multiple physical abnormalities, including a cleft lip and palate, severe hearing loss, and a curved spine. Despite multiple surgeries, Jennifer is still in need of further medical interventions, and the Botched team is hoping to provide her with the care she needs to achieve her desired appearance.
