Nine-year-old Jessica weighs almost ten stone, and she already has a 33-inch waist and wears her mother's clothes. Her parents find it very difficult to say no to her. Mom affectionately calls Jessica "her little porker," but she is desperate to see some results as she has tried everything for help, and Dad just wants to be able to pick his little daughter up again.
