Overwhelmed and unsure of what to do, Ben tries to hide the Omnitrix from his family, but they inevitably discover it and demand that he use it to save the day. Using his new powers, Ben transforms into different alien forms to stop a series of dangerous crises, such as tackling a giant robot and putting out a wildfire.

The episode ends with Ben and his family driving away from the woods, with Gwen and Max excited about the adventures that are sure to come with the Omnitrix. And thus begins Ben's journey as a hero, using his new powers to save the day and battle evil forces.
