Ep 3. Episode Three

Episode Three of Clique's second season follows the unsettling events that occur when a character is forced to confront their past and an old friendship is reignited. The episode sees the return of Holly McStay, a former best friend of protagonist and law student, Louise. Though Holly has been absent from Louise's life for years, the pair reconnect when they both start interning at a prestigious law firm.

However, their reunion is not all sunshine and rainbows. Despite their history, Louise can't shake the feeling that Holly may have ulterior motives for getting in touch. She also begins to worry that Holly's recklessness and tendency towards self-destruction will put both of their careers in jeopardy.

As Louise navigates her complicated feelings towards Holly, she is also tasked with a new challenge at the law firm. She is asked to work on a high-profile case involving a controversial celebrity and her alleged involvement in a political scandal. Lo and behold, Louise discovers that Holly has similarly become involved in another scandalous case. The secrets Louise and Holly are privy to threaten to upend their newfound careers and turn their worlds upside down.

Meanwhile, other characters are also grappling with their own dramas. Holly's brother, Jack, continues to struggle with addiction and the consequences it has wrought on his life. He becomes increasingly isolated and distant, much to the concern of his loved ones.

Episode Three is filled with intrigue and tension as the characters try to navigate the complicated web of their personal and professional lives.
