As Peter and Johnny go to buy new toys, they meet a kidnapper disguised as an ice cream loner. The kidnapper attempts to abduct Peter and Johnny in various ways, but they fail. Peter is excited that he is going to play in the amusement park with his family tomorrow. Excited Peter plays with his friends in light clothes, eats cookies with dirty hands, and catches a cold.
