Ep 2. For Whom the Pig Oinks

Princess Bean is having a tough time adjusting to life as royalty in the medieval kingdom of Dreamland. After being led astray by her demon companion Luci the night before, Bean wakes up to find herself in the middle of a palace-wide hangover. She stumbles across her father, King Zog, who is in the middle of a heated argument with his council. The council demands that the king marry off his daughter to the prince of a nearby kingdom in order to secure an alliance. Bean adamantly refuses, causing a rift between her and her father.

Meanwhile, a mysterious figure has been terrorizing Dreamland's pig farmers, stealing their livestock and leaving no trace behind. Bean's personal pig, Abby, is the latest victim, and Bean is determined to catch the thief and avenge her beloved pet. She sets out with Luci and her new friend Elfo, an elf who has run away from his cheerful, candy-making community in search of adventure.

The trio's search for the pig thief leads them down a dangerous path through the forest, where they encounter a group of cannibalistic ogres and narrowly escape with their lives. They eventually stumble upon a farmhouse owned by a kindly old woman named Bunty, who takes them in and offers them food and shelter.

As they rest and recover, Bean and her companions discover that Bunty is actually the pig thief they have been seeking. Despite her friendly demeanor, Bunty has been stealing and slaughtering pigs in order to sell their meat and make a living. Bean is horrified, but ultimately sympathizes with Bunty's harsh life circumstances and decides to forgive her. In turn, Bunty offers Bean a valuable piece of information: the location of a powerful magical object that could help her in her quest to earn her father's respect and prove herself as a true princess.

The episode comes to a close with Bean and her friends setting off on a new adventure, armed with their newfound knowledge and ready to face whatever challenges come their way. The episode continues to develop the show's central theme of female empowerment and rebellion against traditional gender roles, as Bean defies her father's expectations and takes charge of her own destiny.
