Ep 10. Love & Monsters

The Doctor and Rose find themselves in contemporary London, where a group of people have come together to form a society devoted to the Doctor – specifically, his alien-ness. Elton, a member of the group, sees the Doctor as a way to escape his mundane life – until he meets Ursula, another member of the society. The two fall in love, but their happiness is short-lived when a curious and dangerous alien menace shows up, threatening the Doctor and his companions. Meanwhile, the Doctor himself must confront a shocking revelation about the true meaning of love. As always, the Doctor and Rose must use their wits and their science to defeat the alien threat – but this time, they may need a little help from their friends.
