Ep 4. Daleks in Manhattan

The Doctor and Martha arrive in New York City during the Great Depression and discover that the Daleks are at work constructing a mysterious device. The Daleks' plans involve experimenting on humans and creating a new hybrid breed. The Doctor and Martha team up with a group of homeless people and a group of performers from the Empire State Building to try to stop the Daleks' plans before it's too late. Along the way, they meet new allies and encounter unexpected dangers. As they delve deeper into the Daleks' plot, the Doctor is forced to confront some uncomfortable truths about their past and future. In the end, they must make a difficult decision that will have far-reaching consequences.
