Ep 1. Asylum of the Daleks

The Doctor is back after a break of several months, having retired to wallow in self-pity after losing his companions Amy and Rory. However, he is soon lured into a new adventure by the mysterious Oswin Oswald, who contacts him through a distress signal. She is a young woman who has been marooned on a seemingly deserted planet, surrounded by Daleks, the Doctor's greatest enemies.

Meanwhile, the Doctor's current companion, Amy, is struggling with her own personal problems. She is facing divorces from her husband Rory and is hoping for a romantic reunion with the Doctor. Throughout their journey, the Doctor works closely with Oswin, who is revealed to possess extraordinary intellect and resourcefulness. She is a key player in the group's efforts to outwit the Daleks and escape the Asylum unharmed. However, the Doctor's true test comes when he has to confront the Daleks' leader, who has a terrifying plan to destroy the universe.
