Rio de Janeiro, 2004. After the incident at the Help nightclub, Dom becomes one of the most wanted criminals in the city. The police are on his tail and his face is everywhere on tabloid TV. Even though his world is in chaos, Dom continues to be threatened by Sergeant Figueira and cannot leave the life of crime. And as his gang suffers more casualties, they need new allies. Vivi then introduces Quinado, an old acquaintance of hers, to help the group out. The gang starts carrying out increasingly dangerous and violent robberies. Exposed by Vivi, Pedro Dom's name ends up on newspapers and he kicks her out of the gang. In 1978, Victor and Marisa meet and fall in love as he becomes disillusioned with the police after witnessing the corruption within.
