Don't Forget The Driver Season 1 Episode 5 Episode 5

In Episode 5 of Don't Forget the Driver, coach driver Peter Green (Toby Jones) has a run-in with the law while transporting a group of senior citizens to the seaside town of Southend-on-Sea. When one of the passengers forgets her medication, Peter rushes to a nearby pharmacy to get it for her. However, he leaves his coach parked in a no-parking zone and returns to find it being impounded by local authorities.

Desperate to retrieve his vehicle before the seniors become stranded, Peter turns to some local teenagers for help. He enlists their services to sneak into the impound lot and hot-wire the coach before the police can seize it.

As the seniors arrive in Southend-on-Sea and begin to enjoy their day out, Peter is left to reflect on the events of the day and the difficult choices he's had to make. Will he be able to keep his life together amidst all the chaos, or will everything come crashing down around him?
