Ep 6. Silly Rabbit...

Later, a parrot is brought in with a broken leg. Dr. K must use a pin to fix the bird's leg, and also discovers a tumor on the bird's chest. She removes the tumor and the parrot is able to fly again.

Finally, a cat is brought in with a ruptured bowel. Dr. K performs a life-saving surgery on the cat, but the recovery is long and difficult. The cat must be closely monitored and it's touch and go for a few days. Eventually, the cat makes a full recovery and is able to return home.

Throughout the episode, viewers get a glimpse into the emotional toll of caring for these exotic animals. Dr. K and her team face high-pressure situations regularly and must be able to think quickly on their feet.
